Every plan buys the same thing: pages built for you, from your own numbers, by people who check the work. What changes between plans is how many people use it and how much building you need in a month. Nothing is charged automatically - every plan is agreed with you first.

One of our customers - Luke - asked whether a dash had to be for a company at all, or whether one person could simply have one of their own. It was a good question, and the answer turned out to be yes. So this one is for the Lukes.
One person, one dash, twenty pounds a month, to see what this is before you commit to anything. It comes with two build requests a month for that dash. Anything else you ask for goes into the queue, built when there is time rather than to a deadline. At the moment that is around 12 hours for a simple change, 24 hours for a new page or chart, and 72 hours for a complex build.

What you are actually buying
Most business software hands you a tool and leaves the work to you. This is the other way around: you describe what you want to see, in your own words, and the page is built for you - on your own site, from your own figures. That is a build request.
A build might be a new page, a chart that answers a question a spreadsheet never could, a data entry screen, a board pack, or a connection to a system you already run. Small ones are quick; anything bigger is quoted before it starts.
Two things cost real money here, and the plans are built around them:
- A person. Every request is read by a Guru before anything is built, and every build is checked by one afterwards. Bigger plans buy more of that time and a named Guru who knows your site.
- The building itself. The site builds what you ask for, and every build is sized to the ask. Small ones - a tweak to a dash, an update to your information - are usually free. Big ones are a different order of work: one customer asked for their dash to run the company's entire holiday booking system, and something that size is quoted before it starts. That example is real, by the way. It was asked for and it was built, which means it is already on the shelf for you.
Day to day use costs nothing extra: the dash, data entry, the quick view and Ask a dash. Wishes are free too: nice-to-haves on the Wish List sit on the Gurus' not-a-priority list and get built at no charge when one is simple and there is time.
Extras and the small print
Your data. It lives in a folder that belongs to your company and nobody else, on our own server, and only your logins and our Gurus can reach it. It is never sent to anyone outside askadash - no analytics, no advertising, no third party. Ask, and you get every row of it back as a spreadsheet, in the same shape it arrived. Ask, and it is deleted from the site.
What counts as a build request. One card on your Requests page that a Guru builds. A question, a tidy-up or a rejection does not count.
Wishes. Separate, and free. The Wish List is for nice-to-haves; when one is simple and a Guru has time, it is built at no charge.
Bug fixes. Never count. Put BUG at the top of the request, and a Guru can mark any build as free.
No contract beyond the month you are in.
